Basic information
Sulfuric Acid Catalysis Used Vanadium Catalysts are used in the sulfuric acid industry to efficiently oxidize sulfur dioxide (SO₂) to sulfur trioxide (SO₃), FIT222M is a caesium catalyst, which contains much higher caesium than that of FIT218M, and it shows unmatched high activity throughout the entire operating temperature. When FIT222M installed on the top layer of the first bed, it can make the continuous operation temperature down to 370 ℃ and still maintains high SO2 conversion. When FIT222M installed in Bed 4 or Bed 5, it can greatly reduce SO2 emissions and increase production rates.
